Wanyama has a contract with Spurs until the end of the 2020-21 campaign, but his future is believed to be far from secure.

However, in recent quotes carried by La Roma 24, the midfielder’s agent Ivan Modia said that the 27-year-old would not be leaving Tottenham this month.

Wanyama has only made seven first-team appearances for Tottenham this season, but there is no question that he is a powerful presence when fit.
